Addicted to Old Navy's super skinny/stretchy Rock Star jeans, but need something more durable.

I've been wearing Old Navy's Rock Star jeans for awhile now. I wear a size 14 in jeans, and usually have to get petite/short inseam because I'm 5'3". I love that they're so skinny on me, because normally when I get skinny jeans in my size, they aren't skinny enough on me and end up looking like bootcuts. That, or they're way too skinny in the thigh and cut off my circulation, haha. However, I don't like that they're such a low-rise (constantly having to pull them up). And they don't last me more than a few months! I wear jeans all the time and these don't last me long at all. Within a few months of wearing them they have holes worn in the inner thighs.

I was looking at these Lucky Brand jeans. They say "skinny", "mid-rise" and "curvy fit", but you never know, and I don't want to spend that much money on jeans before trying them on (not sure where they sell them around here).

Anybody know of any options for me? I would really rather not spend $100 on jeans, because I would like to be able to buy a few pairs at once. But if I find a really nice fitting pair I am willing to splurge a little.
