In a near fatal car wreck & then drank too much from the stress & accidentally pissed in the guy I'm crushing on's bed....what to do?

Okay, so I was in a near head-on collision on the interstate which could very easily have killed me (instead my car just ran into the median & was totaled). Clearly a horrifying thing to happen...but wait there's more! All I wanted to do was drink away the fear, and I went to hang out with a guy I've been seeing for about several months now. Somehow I lost track of the amount of liquor I was having & must have blacked out in bed & woke up wet. UHHG...really, life?? I immediately grabbed several towels to dry off & did manage to get things pretty dry. Originally I thought I had just gotten really sweaty, so I guess it wasn't too bad? Plus who knows, it could have also been him?

Anyhow, said guy didn't say anything about it in the morning & seemed to act like things were okay, etc. etc. so I didn't say anything either. My question is, should I say something, or just let it go? What would the best thing to do be? This is so embarrassing & the first time I've posted in askreddit, tho there have definitely been more embarrassing questions asked here. This is seriously the worst week ever...
