Help with piano fingering.

I've had piano lessons in high school so it's been a few years since I've worked with a teacher. I'm learning to play this piece http://i.imgur.com/Jb774.png That's only the first page. It's from a video game I loved as a kid so it's probably not arranged perfectly for piano.

Anyways, I added the numbers for the left hand fingers for the first bar. Is this wrong?

I can play the whole piece now but there are parts of the song where the fingering does not require crossing over and it feels right (ex. measure 8 bass clef). Your help is much appreciated!
