Does anyone know of video instructions for installing the Zombe fly mod on a mac?

I've done some Google searching and can't seem to find any instructions on how to install the Zombe fly mod on a Mac for 1.2.4. I'm inept when it comes to computers so I'm hoping there's a video out there that tells you how to do it. I'd settle for text instructions though.
