Weird text rendering issue

Sometimes I have a weird issue with text rendering where it seems like it's being highlighted or something. Kind of hard to explain so a picture will have to do.

Using chrome version 17.0.963.83 m

Extensions: Adblock Plus, Docs PDF/PowerPoint Viewer (by Google), Google Mail Checker, Reddit Desktop Notifications, Reddit Enhancement Suite, Send using Gmail and Web Developer.

I've tried disabling all extensions but no luck.

If anyone can help me figure this out, much love to them.
