New Spirits

A big part of the Republic City scene is how industrialism has removed people from nature and hurt their connection with the spirit world. That got me thinking, the spirits are the guardians/inhabitants/aspects of various parts of the natural world (the black fish being the ocean/ Hei Bei and his forest/ the Painted Lady's Lake etc.). Now that the world has changed, maybe the spirit world has as well? Alongside (or replacing) the nature spirits, there could be spirits of civilization and industry, concrete and steel.
