Strange 4 Port GITM?

Hey Reddit, not sure how to explain this, so bear with me -

So i'm using my laptop, and i notice its running out of battery, thats fine, i had the charger right next to me, so i go and plug it into the 3rd port because the 4th one has not been working, so its all fine and dandy, but when i go back to my computer, i notice its not charging, i go back to the 4 Port and Lo and Behold, the charger is in the 4th port not the 3rd one

Should i be worried or is it just a Glitch in the Matrix?
