Any gunnitors in the Burlington, VT area?

Just moved to town and am relatively new to shooting as well. I'd love some suggestions for a good place to shoot pistols nearby... preferably without having to pay hefty membership dues. I would also love suggestions on good gun shops in the area, shooting clubs/meetups, training courses, gun shows etc.

Also, how rampant are anti-gun sentiments in the Queen City? I still have yet to see anyone open carry or even have telltale bulges in the waistband-region. Please help a newbie get connected. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated, friends. Thanks for your time!
