Please reboot printer... simple enough?

So, this just happened:

Me: Hello. How can I help you?

Them: Hi, is this Svenglar? Hi. So I'm trying to print, but it's not printing. What do I do? It says "please reboot printer".

Me: Okay. What is saying "please reboot"? Your computer or the printer?

Them: The Printer.

Me: Okay. You need to reboot the printer.

Them: Oh... really? How do I do that? Turn it on and off again?

Me: Yes.

Them: Oh. Okay, I'll try that.

Printer starts printing
