Need help finding a scene

Hey guys, I don't watch this show but I saw a funny clip a while ago and I can't find it now, so I was hoping you guys might help. Basically what happened was Tracy Morgans character was asking Tina Fey's character if he can use her computer to masturbate, but he didn't say masturbate, and she didn't know that he meant masturbate, so she mistakenly obliged. That's pretty much it lol.

So yeah anyone here know what I'm talking about? I'd love a link to the clip but would be more than happy with just knowing what episode it was from.
