How do you guys share your work? Vimeo is too low bitrate for me...

Dilemma: I have work i want to share with potential employers, but i find the 5mbit codec on vimeo to be too restrictive, especially since i do a lot of fluid work, which gets muddied up on vimeo.

I would share a quicktime h264 movie, but the dreaded quicktime gamma shift just ruins it. I've spent so many hours trying to find a way to share work in a compressed format, but nothing i've found gives me gamma-correct video that works cross-platform

Thanks!
