Just want to put it in writing

I have been trying to quit porn and fapping on and off for about 8 years now. I always knew in the back of my mind that what I was doing was self destructive but the fact that every resource I consulted said that fapping is completely healthy kind of gave me an excuse to keep going. Thankfully I have found this subreddit that proves that for many of us fapping has become anything but healthy. I sincerely believe that fapping has done great harm in my life, and that I will never become the man I want to be unless I stop. Today this madness ends. Today starts my road to recovery. I will post again here in 90 days. Gods speed to you all.
