Best Video Card for 250 Watt PSU?

My Computer is a stock model---it has a 250 Watt Power Supply in it. I don't feel really good about changing the Power Supply, so it's not an Option.

What's the best Video Card I can get for a 250 W Power Supply?

I current have an ATI Raedon 5450, and looking for something a little better than that.
