Trying to create a scatter plot of grades by student over time. Need help.

My wife's a teacher, and I am trying to help her create a scatter plot/line graph type chart that will allow her to project student scores.

What we have is a simple excel spreadsheet that has 5 columns

Student ID# | Week 1 | Week 9 | Week 18 | Week 27 | Week 36

The first column is Student ID# and each row represents a different student and their quarterly reading scores.

How can I take this information and make a scatter plot that puts the grading rubric (0 - 2.5) on the vertical Y axis, and Time (Week 1, Week 9, etc...) on the X axis?

What we want to see are the distributions of student grades on each quarter, and the create a trendline to predict what the class mean should be on Week 36.

I know how to calculate this, but she needs the graph for a presentation she is to give.

I can't get the Scatter Plot or Line Graph chart maker to work.

Any help would be appreciated.
