Got $20: Should I get DE: Human Revolution?

Definitely going to purchase Just Cause 2, but should I get Human Revolution too? I was planning to get other games as well if there is going to be a another big sale soon (Spring/Easter Sale?) and want to stay between that $20. Edit: Just to clarify, the price on steam is (currently) $7.50. I think people misinterpreted the price of DE:HR with me saying I have $20 to spend. Sorry :(
