She asked me to see a movie with her and then said she was busy, is that a sign.

I'm 14, and some friends and I are all sitting around in class talking about movies. I say how I'm interested in seeing The Hunger Games, and a girl I know ask and I quote, "How about we go see it on a date?". She writes her number on my palm and then walks away. Later in the evening I text her and ask If she wanted to see it Saturday, she said yes. Around 2 hours later, she text me how she cannot come and she's sorry. I ask if she wants too see it sunday or sometime this week and she says shes going to be busy for the next couple days.

TL;DR, A girls asked me if I wanted to go to the movies and later said she can't make it.

These are my questions, 1-) Should I be embarrassed that she asked me out? 2-) Did she blow me off, or is she still interested in me?
