How to Mod Items made from Gear Calculator into my save.

Simple enough, right? Or so the title would suggest. Anyway, I've made a few weapons using the online Gear Calculator and was just wondering how to get them into my save. So far, the only tools I've come across have been skill tree editor things and such like, and some complicated thing on youtube that replaces one of your weps with something from a completely different website. Anyway, just lookin' for some help in this whole matter.
