What happened to w117?

Seriously? I'm used to bustling activity, tons of people, and plenty of floor offers. Tonight it was basically just a floor-selling spammer and about 30 other people half-assedly trying to assemble teams. This was on a Saturday night. WTF? What's happened to w117? The effigy assisters were all there in their usual numbers, however. Weird.

On a similar note, I've been looking for a good dungeoneering clan without much luck. Any suggestions? I'm lv 87 dung and have quite a bit of experience
