Want a septum, have a couple questions.

First off, I really only have two questions. First being, if I got a horseshoe ring in it would I be able to flip it up for a few hours at work while healing it (assuming I do salt soaks and am OK with it taking a little longer to heal). Secondly, I already have a nose stud and a lipring, would a septum clash with these on my face?
