may buy this guitar, but i know nothing about it. Can anyone tell me if it's a good deal and if it's worth it?

My friend has a Karera stc 33 that he doesn't use and that he's willing to sell to me. I know absolutely nothing about this guitar or the company, so i want to know if i should. Also he's selling it to me for 40 bucks since he got it at the flea market for 70. So if anyone can give me some information and some feedback that would be great, thank you for your time r/guitar
