Need VGA drivers for Dell Inspiron 9300

Got out an old laptop and the VGA controller drivers are broken, i don't have the disc, and can't find good ones online. If someone could find a good link, i'd really appreciate it. Its just a integrated VGA driver for windows xp 32 bit. If the drivers are corrupted, is an external video card an option?
