What "small thing" pisses you off proportionally?

What thing do you HATE in a game that most people just brush off?

Personally I absolutely despise it when fantasy games decide bowstrings aren't worth animating, or even rendering. I'd rather have a stupid thick one (Although I've seen and hope for better) than a magical curved stick that shoots arrows. It's enough to make me avoid a game, or at least avoid a bow class.
