Anyone know how to fix the bugsplat error?

I keep getting bugsplat errors with just my cursor moving over the map randomly. This usually occurs only in the first few minutes of the game, but it really annoys me. It causes me to get to my lane 1-2 minutes later and make me have to work harder to win my lane, and actually can kill me if during a fight, I randomly bugsplat and disconnect.

How do I fix this because this is ridiculous. I've sent tickets to Riot Support and always they don't have a solution for me except to tell me theres a problem. I know theres a problem; I'm reporting it for that reason.
