What is a good job for coming back to the workforce after 10 years?

I have worked as an assistant electrical engineer in control designs and I have a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. Before I designed programs for PLC (program logic control). I have been raising my kids for the last ten years and now I want to find a part time job that will still let me take care of my kids.
