Does anyone think that I'm too young to be a 3rd degree black belt?

I am 15 and have been doing Taekwondo in the ITF for most of my life. Within the week my master will be testing me for my third Dan black belt. I realized that in some places you must be a certain age to obtain a certain rank. I've been doing Taekwondo for about 9 years. Opinions?
