Are there any Cigar Bars or Restaurants in Phoenix?

I just can not seem to find a place where a guy can order a drink and enjoy a fine cigar and alcoholic beverage. Any thoughts or has this completely gone the way of the dodo bird since the indoor smoking ban in restaurants? My local B&M has no suggestions, except that they will allow BYOB. Thanks guys!
