I've already lost 20lbs but..
I've already lost 20lbs but I'm stuck. Not so much at a plateau, just life changes. Heres the specifics, and then I welcome suggestions.
Since January 1st I've gone from 195 to 174. I am female, 5' 2 and a half. I've carried a child to term. I was employed in a job where I never stopped moving, HOWEVER now I work in an office. Since February I have successfully quit smoking, as well as stopped taking Depo (which I believe caused some of my weight gain to begin with. Some, not all.) With my new job and commute time I get less than three hours six days a week to be at home (not sleeping), and I don't have much extra time for cooking and exercising and cleaning and laundry and actual hobbies.
I need suggestions. I lost the first 20 on no wheat/flour/etc but it was too hard to maintain. I have 50 more lbs I'd like to lose, but getting back to my smallest adult weight of 145 would be great. Here's a few issues. I can't eat nuts (or peanuts), also no fish or shellfish. Whatever the suggestions are, I need energy for ten hour shifts, hour commutes both way, my dog and 3 year old! I do have a fridge at work and a microwave.
Please help me out guys! :) And don't just say "count calories"..I want ideas that encompass healthy foods.
