Cold side of the pillow question.

Does anyone know of any product or any way to keep your pillow from getting too hot? Personally I get terrible migraines when I am too hot, and when I have a migraine (for some reason) I put off a TON of heat, making my pillow hot, which makes my migraine worse, which makes me heat up more... (you get the picture). I have tried multiple brands of freezer packs with the same effect (the ones that freeze solid for a cooler don't work, because then it feels like I'm trying to sleep on a brick).

I have seen advertisements for the Chillow, but don't think it will work because I usually melt a frozen ice pack in anywhere from 5-20 minutes when I have a migraine. My fiancee bought me the Sobakawa pillow to try and it sucked.

Any advice or products anyone is aware of? I'm sure there are others out there with similar problems, or who just hate sleeping on hot pillows.
