Sub-Three Marathon Writing Runner

There are a lot of blogs out there that are not worth reading you know the ones that start with, "So before the run I ate this and pooped, then I walked out the front door. But I came across this one and am glad I took a minute to look at it. Just spent an hour reading everything he has posted so far. Great writing and very knowledgable.
