What is the fascination with not flushing toilets in a public restroom? Have you ever done it?

I work two jobs, my second job being retail at night.

And every night that I use the bathroom at work, there is ALWAYS, I mean always, at least one toilet with crap in.

Normally, I don't care much, I just use another toilet. However, tonight, FOUR toilets were not flushed and have crap and urine in it. With toilet paper nowhere to be found in the bowls. Even more gross.

I can't even play the gender card and try to say that men are just gross because I am a female and I loathe using the restroom at this job.

Anyway, my questions are:

Have you done this? And why do you do this? What satisfaction do people gain from this? I need to understand.
