9-month leases in the UW-Madison Campus area?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any nine-month leases for apartments in the UW-Madison campus area? I've done a bit of research, and haven't been able to find much. The main reason I'm looking into a nine-month is because I really don't plan on staying in Madison during the summer, when school is not in session.
