[TOMT] A donation service that lets you split the bill [website]

I'm looking for a website from the last 00's (I think).
It let you pay a certain amount at the beginning of the month, say $20. Then throughout the month you could pick sites you want to donate to. At the end they'd split your donation between all the sites.
Does this sound familiar for anyone?
