Do this only happen to me? (Mlg)

Everytime i start meduim stream, it works perfectly trough the commercial, but only 5-6 seconds into the stream itself it justs stucks... i am on 20mb so 360p shouldnt be a problem (i watch day9 on 1080p and other streams on highest w/o any problem). No downloads or anything is on.... lowest quality just sucks
