Most epic encounter with the cops you've ever had?

Weirdest, most epic, funniest time you've ever experienced the law.

When I was in the 8th grade me and some friends were heading to a party on new years, we each had backpacks stuffed with alcohol as we walked to the subway. An officer stopped us and asked us where we were going with five backpacks on new years. Despite us telling him they were for a sleepover he told us the jig was up, and demanded how much liquor we had. Being stupid 8th graders we told him EXACTLY how much we had which was quite a lot. He told us to have a good time and be sensible and then drove off.
