I'm having a big problem trying to import please help. I place the save in the proper folder then go in game and select it but the button does nothing.

The save shows up in game when I go to the import menu. I then select it and then it has two choices Import Character or Go Back. When I click import character nothing happens. It just makes a noise and then sits there. It doesn't freeze or anything. It just does nothing.
