[TOMT]Game that's an RTS...

I only played a demo version of the game... but I remember that it was an RTS game, you'd have the ability to build units and highlight them just like any regular RTS. But the notable things that I remember is that

There was this guy in a bubble as one of your units, and you could use him to take over "cities", which would have units inside of them that you could build afterwards Units were all robots, but they could upgrade if they killed enough things, eventually turning gold.

I know they're not the best of details, but I hope it helps.. thanks reddit!

EDIT: I also remember that the entire game was very gray, and that the Fog of War was actually gray clouds that just blocked your vision.
