Wireless not working (ASUS G73SW)

My wireless seems to be messed up as I can Ping websites through cmd with there name (IE ping www.google.com works[with an average ping of 43MS]) but I can not access google.com or any other website when using a web browser. I am using an atheros ar9285 wireless network adapter, my computer is the ASUS G73SW as said in the title. Any help reddit?
