HELP! Traveling to San Fran but weather looks questionable? Post-pone?

Me and my girlfriend are supposed to leave for San Francisco on Monday but the weather looks kind of rainy for the week. Should we pay a couple extra bucks to push our flight for next week in hopes of better weather, or is San Fran just rainy all the time (I've never lived near a coast).
