Network connection problems with Time Capsule and mobile devices (IP Issues)

I had a computer hard drive failure and tried to pull the backup from time capsule. Had to do a hard reset b/c time capsule was acting up (funny how that happens at the exact time your HD goes out). I did get the backup out of it though, which was good.

So, after doing this and rebooting the time capsule again, I cannot connect to the internet and have multiple IP address issues. My solution this far has been to not set up the time capsule, which somehow allows some of my devices to connect to the internet, but not all (like my iPhone). I have 6 devices that connect to the WIFI in the house. When I've tried to set up the TC and subsequently cannot connect to the internet, here's what airport utility says: http://i.imgur.com/hflRN.png

I'm not sure what to do anymore. I reset both the router and modem and well as updated the DHCPs for each of the devices, as well as restarting them all, in hopes of getting new IP addresses for the devices. Something just happens when I set up the Time Capsule :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
