Start Minecraft Server Remotely through Text Messages

Hi Reddit! I run a small (10 player) Minecraft Server at home. I don't like to leave the server software on all the time, as it hogs resources and power. Because of this, I'm trying to set up a system that lets me send a text message to my computer that'll start up my CraftBukkit.jar on the fly.

I've tried the following:

• Automatic Rules in Outlook 2003/2010 (Didn't work automatically)
• Automatic Rules in Thunderbird (too many issues)

I have been able to send messages between my phone and server without issues. I just need something to start up my server .bat using a text message (which would technically be email-based). The server uses CraftBukkit. Any suggestions?

TLDR: I need to start up my Minecraft server .bat with a text message. Suggestions? Edit: The server isn't dedicated (it runs XP Professional regularly)
