What is your biggest 'Did I really just do that' moment?

One of mine would have to be the other day I was looking for my socks and I found two that matched. I had one in my hand and then I couldn't find the other one. After running around the house for an hour getting upset because I couldn't find the other one. I realized....the one i was looking for was already on my foot.
