IWTL Strategies for Studying

Believe it or not, I've put myself through 5 years of University education. I have never committed myself to more than 5 hours of studying for an exam, most of the time I bullshi**ed my way through school and played the system.

I've enrolled in a Real Estate course and I don't even know where to begin studying (besides from the beginning). What are some strategies that I can use? My exam is in May.
