[Build Help] Need opinions on motherboards.

Hey all, I've been looking for a decent motherboard to run the build I posted a while back. Look on ebay, I can get:

Motherboard - ASRock H61M-VS CPU - Intel i7 2600 3.4Ghz Quad Core Memory - 4Gb DDR3 1333Mhz Graphics - Intel HD 3000 Built in to i7 2600 CPU, VGA out.

for £339. Is this a good idea? (I edit videos a lot and I've deliberated on the i7 for a while, deciding it to be the right choice for me.)

Also, is the price about right for this?
