DAE Go to the bathroom and forget to actually go?

Have you ever gone into the bathroom with the intentions of doing your business, sat on the toilet and what not, then (if female or a dude dropping a deuce) tidy up and wipe and walk out then finally realize you didn't ACTUALLY go to the bathroom but just went through the motions? Or am I the only one?
