I am looking for an Empire Earth like strategy game for Mac (X-post from /r/gaming)

I have a mac and i am looking for a strategy game like empire earth. I used to play empire earth back in the day (classic) and i am starting to miss it. Ive been looking at Civilization V but on the app store it is $30 and I'm not even sure if it would be worth it. What do you guys think?

Just looking for opinions on games like Empire Earth for Mac. Thanks for helping and i really appreciate it!

-And I don't wanna hear all the shit about how i should've bought a Windows. It gets old
