To cut or not to cut?
I'm 23 years old, recently graduated university, and looking for work. While I live on my own, I see my family fairly often, and they tell me the same refrain every time: I need a haircut. I currently like my hair the length it is, and will not let it grow beyond that. This is my hair as of today. I do not have a ponytail, nor do I want one. I will likely get it cut to this point every month or so from now on.
My family doesn't like it, says that it makes me look less employable, and that it makes me look younger. (Again, I'm 23). Apparently looking young is a bad thing, to them. Does it look it bad, ok, could be better? Considering I'm in Canada (a little more liberal than, say, the lower U.S.), should I worry about employment with it? Does it make me look young?
Hoping for some independent critiques.
