First time grow, help needed

Hey I'm a 17 year old ENT and I have a bunch of seeds from my previous stash. As all pot smokers urge to do, I'd love to have an extremely small scale outdoor grow behind my house for personal consumption.

The location would be near a lake in suburban Atlanta Georgia. Warm all summer.

I'm curious of there is any way to grow just a plant or two for personal consumption but I'm afraid it may be way too complicated after browsing this sub reddit for a while and hearing about thinks like cloning breeding and drying and how much work it may require.

Can anyone give me some beginners advice or a link to a great guide to beginner outdoor growing?
