Too much contrast with the pants and shoes?

Image Having trouble determining if the pants (Banana Republic Slim Fit) are too dark for the shoes (Cole Haan wingtips I just picked up from the Rack). Also the polo is navy, not black (bad lighting).

Also, I'm wondering if tucked-polo works or not with the pants?
