Got a BFP!

So here's our story:

Husband (31) and I (25) got married last June. He has a daughter from a previous marriage, and I love being a stepmom. We decided to start trying in August, and I got pregnant in October of last year. Unfortunately, I lost that pregnancy very early on, at around 5-6 weeks. We got the ok to try again after one cycle, and I started using OPKs and charting. This was our fourth cycle after the miscarriage, and I just got my positive test two days ago! I'm so very excited, but also scared out of my mind. I don't want to lose another pregnancy. My OB has me on progesterone supplements, and we will do a series of blood tests next week to make sure my numbers are good....if all is well I get to have an early ultrasound at around 7 weeks....also we aren't telling ANYONE until we hear a heartbeat.
