Why do most Lyrca clad, expensive bike riders NEVER respond to or acknowledge my homeless-looking self?

It just makes me sad that other bikers and motorists instantly seem to judge you if you aren't wearing/riding 1000$ in stuff. Thought other cyclists would want to come together and support each other, but I can barely get a wave out of any of them.

So next time you see me, or any other, riding in dirty track pants with flannel and a cardboard box tied to the back rack, give em a wave.
